Spinpolo’s licenced operations do not extend to certain countries and regions. Access to the platform, including its website, mobile applications, and all associated services, is restricted in the following territories.

Spinpolo is not the owner of companies separately licenced by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or any other gambling regulator, and does not hold any management role in relation to such entities.

The brand holds no financial interests, equity stakes, or managerial positions in any third-party company that may operate under a similar or related licence. Spinpolo has no capacity to influence the operational or management decisions of those companies. Accordingly, Spinpolo bears no legal or regulatory responsibility for the conduct, actions, or potential violations of any such entity. Any complaints, claims, or enquiries relating to a separately licenced company must be directed to that company directly or to the relevant licencing authority.

A licence verification system is available to allow users to confirm the current status and authenticity of the Spinpolo licence at any time. This tool can be accessed through the official Curaçao Gaming Control Board portal, where the licence registration details are publicly listed.

The verification system is a digital status-check tool maintained by the regulator. All texts, images, logos, and materials forming part of this system are the intellectual property of the licencing authority and are protected under applicable copyright law. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any materials from the verification system by third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation. Improper use of the verification system or its associated materials may result in civil or criminal penalties under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

All trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers displayed on the Spinpolo website and applications are protected assets belonging to the licence holder or the relevant licencing authority, as applicable under intellectual property law.

Ownership of these marks is clearly established and protection extends beyond registered domain names and formally registered trademarks to encompass all brand-style elements, including design marks, colour schemes, and associated visual identifiers used in connection with the gaming service. Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of any protected mark is strictly prohibited. Violations of these protections may result in legal liability, including injunctive relief and financial damages, under applicable trademark and intellectual property legislation.
